Comprehensive Training for Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (Paper I & II)
The TNTET (Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test) is a mandatory qualifying examination conducted by the Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB), Tamil Nadu, for teaching positions in government and government-aided schools for Classes I to VIII.
Passing TNTET is compulsory for anyone aspiring to become:
Primary School Teacher (Classes I–V)
Upper Primary Teacher (Classes VI–VIII)
TNTET ensures that candidates possess the necessary teaching aptitude, conceptual understanding, and pedagogical skills required under the Right to Education (RTE) Act.
TNTET consists of two papers, each targeting different teaching levels.
