ACS Course Structure (ICSI)

The Company Secretary course includes three stages and a 21-month mandatory practical training requirement.

CSEET – CS Executive Entrance Test (Entry Level)

A computer-based entrance test required after Class 12.

CS Executive Programme (Second Level)

Two modules covering corporate law, taxation, accounting, and securities laws.

CS Professional Programme (Final Level)

Advanced papers on governance, restructuring, dispute resolution, and corporate advisory.

Practical Training (21 Months)

ACS Syllabus

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has three main levels of examination: Foundation, Intermediate, and Final. Each level is designed to test a candidate’s knowledge and skills in various aspects of accounting, finance, and law

This is the entry-level test for students who have passed their 12th standard. It is a computer-based test that assesses aptitude for the CS profession. Graduates are exempt from this test and can directly enroll in the Executive Programme.
